Looking for something new?
OMG IT IS FINALLY HERE!!! It took ages for Vera to arrive. She was a true pain in my ass to get done.
I was doing some cleaning in real life and listening to some music when it finally hit me. I WANT TO MAKE THAT OUTFIT. So up to the PC room and get my computer stared to get working on that new idea. Was it a shocked that I was listening to metal when I had the idea of Vera? I do not think that was a surprise as I do love me some goof metal or rock. Gives me the best ideas. This time around I wanted to do something different from what I usually make. I wanted something gothic or punk and in the end it turned out to be a bit of both. The outfit was ispired by key elements from gothic, pink and a flare of elegance
As the base of the outfit it is a very simple but cute Tricot Dress that could be worn in it self without anything added and it would still be a nice dress in an outfit. But I was not happy with that I wanted something more.
Let us add a skirt like an overskirt and see how that looks. Much better but not the look I was looking for. Something is missing. I think a break is needed and to get some coffee and think what might be missing that I can add to this outfit to get closer to the idea I had.
Lo and behold the break and coffee was well needed as the idea struck again!!! SUSPENDERS!!!!Or some of you might call it a harness, what ever we want to call it, it worked!
There she is, that is Vera, exactly as I wanted her to look.
The outfit is nearly done but she do need some footwears. Heels are out of the question so do not want that.
So many choices of footwear to pick from, it all came down to my actual boots, laughs. Who would have thought grocery shopping would give you the answer for Second Life and what footwear to pick.
The next big question was:

It was time to start exploring in Second Life to see what YOU wore. The one thing I noticed was many did wear long hair, well that narrow it all down to no backpack. That would not work for most people. In the end I ended up with a handbag.
She was now finally complete. I was looking at the new creation of D&S. It was a long journey and it did not stop there. The hunt for the right hair to wear with the outfit for the picture took me first to my inventory and no nothing in there I wanted to use, laughs, that is probably every ones issue. There was only one way to solve it, GO SHOPPING. Oh how many stores there are for hair and nothing that I really wanted to use. In the end I did find the was I wanted and had been looking for, I found it on marketplace by FABIA. She was done, she was perfect!!!!!
What I am wearing in the picture
LeLutka I am wearing the mesh head Noel ( Evox), elf ears, eyes, teeth, facelight and the shape EvoX NOEL. To be fair I did make a few changes to the body. WOW as we all know is a skin and shape store and from here I am wearing the group gift .WS. ALMOND LARA skin & shape (EVO-X). I am wearing the almond legacy lel evox (not wearing a legacy body), the almond lara head skin and the the almond lara ear skin but also the eyeebrows.

- FABIA- The last part is the hair and that one is from Fabia. I got that one from the marketplace for the price of L$1. You can get it here The blond colour is the one in the Natural Blond hud and at the fourth option at the top row.
Tips
The outfit is rigged for Belleza(Freya, Isis and Venus), Maitreya(Lara) and last but not least SLink( Original and Hourglass) but it has been tested on various other bodies. [ INITHIUM ], Legacy classic, Legacy, Ebody Classic & Curvy, Altamura, Erika Zero, Sweet Ruth, Eve Slim & Pulpy, Signature Alice, Belleza X, Reborn, Ocacin Standard & Voulpous, Star Mesh Body last but not least Tonic Curvy & Fine. Some does work with the rigged outfit and others do not.
Many of the bodies do work with the different rigged bodies but would require you to use the alpha layers on the hud that comes with your mesh body, Do not take my word for it and try them out yourself
